Façade Grant
Thinking about making improvements to the front of your commercial building? Why not let the Hinesville Downtown Development Authority fund half of your project? We offer façade grants to eligible applicants who meet certain criteria. You could receive up to $2,500 towards your development project. Downtown Development Revolving Loan Fund (DD RLF)
Obtain a low interest loan up to $250,000 for real estate acquisition, development, redevelopment, new construction, rehabilitation of public and private infrastructure and facilities, purchase of equipment and other assets (on a limited basis).
